Infills are top ups of your lashes recommended every 2 weeks.
Service Description
Infills are maintenance to your lash extensions. By keep up your infills you will be reducing the cost of your lash extensions while also keeping them perfect all the time. Infills booked at week 3 will have a $15 increase charge and infills are 4 weeks will be rejected. If you come to the salon with a set done by another lash technician and wish to have an infill, lashes will be assessed by our lash technician to see if it is possible to infills over their work or if a removal and new set is necessary.
Cancellation Policy
All Epitome appointments require a booking fee (deducted from service) at the time of booking to secure your preferred date and time. This fee is strictly non- refundable and non-transferable. Cancellations require a minimum 24 hours notice . Cancellations short of this timeframe will be forfeited, with no exceptions. Deposits are strictly non- refundable and non-transferable between clients. No-Show’s will be charged the full amount of treatment booked and will require a 50% payment upfront before being able to re-book. New Clients will be required to book a Consultation prior to commencement of treatment. Deposit will be forfeited if a consultation is not conducted beforehand. A consultation fee will be charged at the completion of consultation or treatment. Clients running late will have their treatment times shortened to avoid inconveniencing following clients, and charged for the full service. Gift Certificates forfeit half the value if less than 24 hours notice
